Strategic Business Benefits

Why business owners want their admin, management and sales team trained in integrated pest management concepts:

Improve Customer Communication

When your whole team understands pest management, treatments, preparation requirements, and expected outcomes can be explained clearly at the start of the customer journey.

Build trust and improve the overall customer experience

Increased Sales Confidence and Accuracy

Sales staff with operational knowledge can recommend appropriate pest management services with greater confidence and accuracy.

Customers receive the right solution from the start

Improve Communication Between Office and Field

Administrative, sales, and management staff gain a clearer understanding of how pest management services are delivered in the field.

Reduce friction and align team understanding

This course does not meet the licensing requirements for General Pest Management as a standalone unit of competency.

Smart Business Investment

Build practical skills your team can apply immediately.

The course is designed to meet the learning outcomes prescribed in unit of competency CPPUPM3005: Manage pest without applying pesticides. On completion of the course, you will receive a Statement of Attainment.
